Can I separate installed images from resource-dropped images when searching in S3?

When I go to search for Yourhead or JW-jack-stack images, borders, backgrounds, etc., I have to scroll through all of the images that I placed in the project file/resources. The images used to be separate (as well as named differently) in S2. Is there a way to separate them in S3?

Also, the names have changed in S3 from what they were, so I can't match them up with my design notes from S2 projects.

The search field in the Stacks Library searches all the meta-information too. So you can search for a specific tag. All document images are given the tag "Images". You can either search for this by typing it directly or by clicking on the tag.
